A young brined, mild, creamy and crumbly cheese – often described by customers as being like 'a young gorgeous Wensleydale, Cheshire or White Stilton'. High Cross is an unusual but lovely cheese served as part of a cheeseboard, is perfect crumbled onto salads, Mexican dishes and roasted vegetables, especially baby beetroots! Use where you would normally use feta or Queso Fresco
