Rennet is an essential ingredient for cheese making. It coagulates your cultured milk into curds and whey (little miss moffat style). Our rennet is a top quality product and is the same as we use in our own cheese making process. This 50ml bottle is a non GM vegetarian rennet that behaves well and reliably produces beautiful soft and silky curds
- 50ml high quality non GM Vegetarian Rennet suitable for all cheesemaking.
- Easy to use dropper bottle, simply use 5 drops per litre of milk for most cheeses, for soft cream cheese use 4 drops per 5lt.
- Store in cool/dark place at 0-8 ⁰C
