This 10lt blend of mesophilic and thermophilic cultures will make you a great British regional style of hard cheese. You will be presenting your brilliant home made unique cheese in a matter of weeks. If you are feeling adventurous you can rind wash your creation in alcohol (beer cider or wine) or even add another ingredients such a cranberries or chocolate (yes chocolate and cheese is a thing).
We will get you going by e mailing you recipes and hints and tips about rind washing etc
Pack of 4 x 10lt Hard Cheese Cultures - 10lt makes 2 .5kg cheeses
(you will also need rennet for this type of cheese) If you are adding rennet please select the collect option to avoid postage twice
Please store in the freezer on arrival - this will extend the best before date by 6 months.
