Alexandra - Small whole cheese
Alexandra, AKA Ally Pally White, is a semi hard artisan hand made cheese originally named after Alexandra Palace.
This small whole cheese (approx 230g) has been aged for approximately 6 weeks and has been made from amazing unhomogenized milk from grass - fed single herd cows roaming the fields near Rye is East Sussex. Alexandra, is rich, creamy and smooth textured cheese with buttery and nutty undertones and is perfect on the cheese board.
If you prefer your cheeses harder, simply keep the cheese intact(uncut) in waxed paper and check on the cheeses firmness on a regular basis.
