Alexandra is a semi hard artisan hand made cheese originally named after Alexandra Palace.
Aged for 10-12 weeks and made with amazing unhomogenized milk from grass - fed single herd cows, that roam the fields of West Sussex. Alexandra, is rich, creamy and smooth textured cheese with buttery and nutty undertones. Alexandra is a great addition to a cheeseboard and is superb in cooking.
Available as whole (1kg cheese), half a cheese or 200g, 300g and 500g pieces. Please choose below.
Alexandra is also now available as a whole small cheese making a lovely gift for the cheese lover.
Ingredients: Cow's milk, Vegetarian Rennet, Salt, Cultures.
- Collection from the dairy - simply add the code 'collect' at checkout - this will subtract delivery charge from the order.
- Delivery - We currently dispatch cheeses Monday to Thursday for next day delivery for orders received by 11am on day of dispatch. Orders received after this will be sent the next day.
