Wedding and Celebration Cheese Cakes are becoming more and more popular whether in place of the traditional sweet wedding, birthday or celebration cakes.
Wildes Cheese Wedding Cheese Cakes, named after the wonderful strong women from Coronation Street, are all made by hand from gorgeous pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. And feature a range of textures and flavours to suit all palates.

Wedding Cheese in a box:
Choose from our ready to go collections below. The named Wedding Cheese Cakes are suitable from 25-30 guests to a stack suitable for over 100 people. We are happy to build a cake with as many or as few tiers as you require and these can be dispatched from stock Tuesday to Thursdays
Tasting Box:
If you prefer to hold a tasting at home consider a tasting box – this will include samples from our range and will allow you to taste and compare in comfort at home (with a glass or 2) The tasting box costs £32 and weighs 1kg. We will refund £10 when you place your cheese order with us. Tasting boxes can be delivered Tuesday to Friday.
How much Cheese will I need?
Is there such a thing as too much cheese? As a guide approximately 70 – 100g of cheese per person is ideal where the cheese is part of a larger meal – If it’s the star of the show allow at least 100g and a little more.
Build your own Wedding Cheese Cake
If you are in or near to London we would love to invite you to the micro dairy for a tasting session where we can discuss options and together we can build your wedding cheese cake.
The session will include:
A tour of the micro dairy – see where the cheese is made and how it is matured
A tasting of our range of cheeses
A discussion of options for your cheese cake including bespoke cheeses (craft beer cheese!) personalising the cheese or how you could come in and make your own cheese with us.

Decorating your cheese wedding cake
You may have an idea about how you would like to decorate your wedding cheese most caterers are happy to help decorate your stack
You may decide to go for a simple option with a few scattered leaves and flowers, figs and grapes.
We can supply crispbreads and wonderful locally made Membrillo
Delivery:
We can arrange delivery to the venue of your choice, we will ensure the cheese arrives a day or 2 before the wedding. The cheese will then need to be kept refrigerated until the event.

Looking for an unusual venue for your Hen/Stag party? Come make cheese with us! We can offer private hire of our dairy, cheese tastings and the opportunity to spend an hour having fun stretching Mozzarella together to a disco soundtrack.
