Rebellion 300g – Cow, Pasteurised,Vegetarian Rennet
Our Rebellion, new this year, is a semi soft washed rind cheese made from fabulous full cream Jersey unhomgenised cow’s milk.
Rebellion features a soft rind varying from yellow to orange in colour. The cheese is very smooth, supple and creamy in colour. Rebellion has a mild fruity taste with an intense nutty/smoky full flavoured aftertaste. The cheese is excellent on the cheeseboard or can be melted.
Rebellion can be used in place of Reblochon in Tartiflette
London Blue - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian Rennet
350g Semi hard rich creamy and full flavoured, made from fabulous Jersey milk London Blue has a lovely ‘pale blue’ flavour developing towards the aftertaste.
Londonshire - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian Rennet
250g - Made from fabulous Jersey Milk, Londonshire is a soft and runny cheese held together by a white velvety fluffy coat. A medium to full strength cheese, delicious on cheeseboard or eating on its own (or with friends).The Londonshire bakes really well, spike with thin slices of garlic, sprinkle with a little rosemary and olive oil and cook fast in hot oven for just a couple of minutes. Serve with toast and pickles.

St Bruce - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian Rennet, Redemption Brewery Beer
200g - (also known as The Drunk) St Bruce has been given a regular drink of local Redemption Brewery’s Hopspur Beer to help create the coat. A mellow flavoured cheese, the texture is smooth and yielding. St Bruce sits wonderfully on the cheeseboard served with charcuterie and olives. A terrific melting cheese, this together with Howard makes wonderful grilled cheese sandwiches
200g - Alexandra, AKA Ally Pally White, is a semi hard artisan hand made cheese originally named after Alexandra Palace.
Aged for 10-12 weeks and made with amazing unhomogenized milk from grass - fed single herd Jersey cows, Alexandra, is rich, creamy and smooth textured cheese with buttery and nutty undertones.
Alexandra is a great addition to a cheeseboard and is superb in cooking.
