Baby Blue - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian Rennet
The cheese weighing approx 180g is best described as semi soft rich creamy and full flavoured. Baby Blue is made from fabulous West Sussex milk and has a lovely ‘pale blue’ flavour developing towards the aftertaste. This is a great cheese for those who are (maybe) not too fond of strong blues.
The cheese is available whole or by the half cheese.
