Hard cheese culture packs

This 5 litre blend of mesophilic and thermophilic cultures will make you a great British regional style of hard cheese. You will be presenting your brilliant home made unique cheese in a matter of weeks. If you are feeling adventurous you can rind wash your creation in alcohol (beer cider or wine) or even add another ingredients such a cranberries or chocolate (yes chocolate and cheese is a thing).

We will get you going by giving you a recipe card. And hints and tips about rind washing etc

The cultures are suitable for using with a wide range of cheeses including Mozzarella

Please store in the freezer on arrival - this will extend the  best before date by 6 months.
