Mozzarella - A soft, white, creamy and delicious cheese that is so versatile; put it on pizza or burger or straight into a salad. Have you ever wondered how much better and cheaper your own home made mozzarella would be?
Well join us for a fun and immersive 2.5 hour evening or afternoon session and we will show you how to stretch the curds and make your own Mozzarella!. You get take home approximately 1kg of your own handmade balls of cheese.

The Mozzarella stretch session will be very practical, fun and informative and will include:
- Refreshments on arrival
- An introduction to cheese making
- Milk tasting/comparison session
- Selection of cheese samples throughout the afternoon or evening
- A Tour of the dairy and caves
- Discussion on maturing of cheeses with tips and hints
- A session of stretching Mozzarella
There will be plenty of time to ask questions. We will provide everything you need from protective clothing to milk. Just come as you are.
The evening runs from 6.30pm to approx 9pm, Sunday afternoon classes run 12-2.30pm and take place in our Micro Dairy in Tottenham, London N17
